The mission of Robert A. Warner and Associates, Inc. is to provide a professional service that is timely, precise and cost effective, while maintaining an educated and dedicated staff. We constantly strive to keep abreast of emerging technologies.
Firm History
Robert A.
Warner and Associates, Inc. has been providing surveying services to the South
Carolina coast since 1993. We have completed projects in nearly all of the
counties in South Carolina and many in North Carolina. Our office is located in
Myrtle Beach. Our experience includes: construction staking for large road
projects (Harrelson Boulevard, Carolina Bays Parkway, SC Hwy 544), bridge layout
on the Conway Bypass (SC Hwy 22), many large timber tract surveys for
International Paper, topographic and existing conditions surveys for engineering
design (Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel), Intra-coastal waterway
cross-sections for the Army Corps of Engineers for various permits for
construction, along with many smaller site as-builts.
Personnel
Robert A. Warner and
Associates, Inc. maintains a staff of dedicated and highly qualified employees.
We employ two licensed surveyors, two CADD technicians, four field crews, a
field manager, and an office manager.
Robert Warner is the
president of the company. He was educated at Clemson University and is licensed
in both South and North Carolina. He is a member of the South Carolina Society
of Professional Land Surveyors. He re-located to the coast from Clinton, SC in
1987 to assist in the construction of Tidewater Golf Club and Plantation. Mr.
Warner started this company in 1993 and has been in responsible charge of most
of the large construction and boundary projects for this company. He has most
recently coordinated our survey effort for the Horry County Storm Water
inventory project. He will also serve as project manager for work generated from
this proposal.

Wallace Towe is the CADD
Manager for our company. He previously was employed by B.P Barber and Associates
in Columbia, South Carolina as an Engineering Technician. He graduated from
Horry-Georgetown Technical College in 1996 with an Associates Degree in Civil
Engineering Technology. He has been involved in all of our major construction
staking projects, including, but not limited to, the ongoing widening project
for S.C. Highway 544 here in Horry County. Additionally, he has been responsible
for most of our Water & Sanitary Sewer and Road & Storm Drainage As-builts, as
well as large and small boundary survey and subdivision plats. Mr. Towe will be
responsible for any mapping work required while working with Richland County.
Our crew chiefs are some of
the most capable and experienced in the state. They are Robert Mabry, Gabe
Toledo, Sean Williams, LSIT, and Harry Bruton, LSIT. All of these men and their
crews will be available for these projects. These four men have over 30 years of
combined experience
