• Residential Lot Surveys: For builders or land owners preparing to build a new home or business. We can provide you with the Boundary, Topography, Tree Location, and professional site plans required by todays more restrictive architectural review boards and home owner associations. 
• Residential As-Built Surveys: Whether buying a new home, adding an addition, or planning a new pool our As-Built surveying services provide you with everything you need to satisfy your lender or pull construction permits. As-built surveys include location of all of the improvements on your property including but not limited to, houses, detached garages, driveways, sidewalks, fences, above ground utilities, streets, pools, and any encroachment that may encumber the parcel. Additional services like topography (ground elevations) and tree location can be added for special permitting applications. 
• Construction Site Plans: Whether you are building a new commercial or residential building we can assist you with the rigorous municipal and architectural requirements. Site plan services include building location, driveways, walkways, HVAC and Mechanical enclosures, pool location, finished floor elevations, silt fence location, portable services, and surface drainage plans. For more complex engineered drainage plans we can refer you to one of our many trusted peers in the industry. 
• Dock Permits & Beach Walkover Plans: If you are building a new dock or replacing and existing structure we can assist you with the survey related documents required for permitting with the United States Army Corps of Engineers and DHEC. 
• FEMA Elevation Certificates: For businesses and residences located coastally or within a federal flood hazard area we can provide you with the Federal Emergency Management Flood Elevation Certificate required for flood insurance.

From the planning stage, we will take you to the drawing board where our CAD Department will furnish all of your mapping needs. Our CAD specialist team uses the most state-of-the-art software available. We prepare all types of drawings, and we will furnish digital files that interface with virtually any other software in use.
